All product support is handled by the manufacturer. Please be rest assured that if the fault is found by the Support Team then you will have the option to Return your product for a replacement. Although we know quite a bit about the gadgets we are selling, sometimes the best source of information is the manufactures websites and the support pages/forums on these websites. So please check them out before you approach us to get a faster turn around for your technical problems or issues. And if the fault is established then we will exchange the item in a matter to days not weeks.

 

Warranty:

All IndusTEC products are covered under 1 year replacement warranty against manufacturing faults. If the replacement product is out of stock then the customer will be given a choice of buying another product of the same value or apply for a refund.

All this is done locally in Melbourne. No need to return the gadget to the parent company in USA or Sweden or anywhere else in the world the gadget is from. And no need to wait for weeks and then spend a lot on shipping the faulty item back. In case of indusTEC, we will even pay for your return shipping within Australia once the item is found faulty.
