Where is the item located ?

All stock is currently located in Melbourne, Australia and will be shipped from our warehouse in Melbourne.

How to calculate the Shipping Cost?

Once you have added your items to cart then please put in the postcode to confirm Delivery cost.

Shipping Options & Offers:

1. Free Local Pickup from Melbourne Store. Call 1300 90 91 44 (Not Available for the time being as we are swamped by online orders)

2. Free shipping Australia Wide with Australia Post & SENDLE Courier Track & Sign. 

3. You can also choose delivery via Australia Post Express Parcel with Track & Sign. It will be $5 to $10 to use this service for most products. For FUGOO XL it is $15.

How long will delivery take?

Handling time for each order is between 1-2 business days unless stated otherwise on the product page. Within this time the item is dispatched using Australia Post/Sendle. With Sendle/Australia Post, usual delivery time is 2-4 Business days from the time of dispatch to NSW, VIC, TAS, SA.

Although we would love to be in total control on everything, sometime because of unexpected circumstances like falling meteorite, zombie invasions etc can cause delays of more than 4 days to get your parcel out. We will get in touch with you in such circumstances from our bunker.

How can I track my order?

Most items dispatched will have a tracking number. This will be emailed to you once the item is dispatched. 

Do I have to sign for my delivery?
Yes. Sendle/Australia Post will require you to sign when taking the delivery. This also confirms that the product was delivered in a suitable condition and without any obvious defects or damage. If the items is sent to a POST BOX then no signature will be required.

But if you don't want to sign for the delivery and want the package to be left at the door then please email us at after placing your order.

What if I am not home when my package arrives?
Sendle/Australia Post will leave a notice at your home detailing an alternative delivery arrangement.

My items haven't arrived yet. What can I do?
Please use the tracking number to track your item with Sendle/Australia Post. Please contact our Customer Care Team via email at in case you wish to escalate.

How do I return my purchase?
